Elegant teak chest of drawers with drawers from the Danish manufacturer Nexø based on a design by Johannes Sorth from the 1960s. This chest of drawers impresses with its simple shape as well as the design and craftsmanship details. The chest of drawers has a total of six pull-outs. The two upper pull-outs have practical divisions inside. The top pull-out is lockable. The surrounding frame of the body has a wide bevel towards the inside. The resulting shadows or highlights highlight the frame from the recessed fronts of the pull-outs. The soft curves of the solid wood handles of the pull-outs contrast with the angular body. Another special feature is the change of material in the base. This is made of oak and forms a striking contrast to the teak of the body. The quality craftsmanship in the implementation of this chest of drawers is reflected in the veneer on the front. A continuous veneer pattern runs across the fronts of the pull-outs. The chest of drawers is in very good condition with signs of wear and patina. This piece has an attribution mark, I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
