Wonderful chest of drawers designed by Vittorio Dassi in the 1950s in warm-toned walnut wood with a soft semi-gloss finish, the conditions are very good as this piece has been recently restored by an expert restorer. The very thick glass top with the visible frame underneath gives this piece an incredible elegance, the side parts containing four drawers on the left and two on the right seem suspended in the air giving the furniture an absolute lightness, the drawers all have a different size, this stylistic refinement was adopted by the designer to give the furniture a beautiful tapered line. The lateral supports are very stylish, embellished at the end with brass sabots. This piece, due to its beauty and executive quality, represents a splendid example of 1950 Italian Design This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
