A four-drawer cabinet made in Poland in the 1970s. Dark brown veneer on the sides after renovation—the old high-gloss layer has been removed, giving a matte finish. The top features new black glass, and the drawer fronts feature contemporary op art paint designed and handcrafted by Katarzyna Malinska. (acrylic matte) Original black metal handles and a beautiful, simple form. This cabinet is modular and can be combined with other cabinets from my listings. The chest of drawers was renovated and finished in accordance with the principles of the upcycled vintage trend, with the rest completed with my artistic vision. All treatments were performed using traditional methods, preserving the aesthetics of the period from which the furniture originated, supporting the zero-waste concept.
