This simplistic and classic c.1910 Tiger Oak telephone table is reflective of the Arts and Crafts and Mission period in its classic and simple lines and use of wood. Designed to have originally been used with a wooden bench and have an elevated, rotating arm with a circular tray to house a candlestick phone, this was a case of function preceding form!
