It is handcrafted of Rosewood one solid piece hand rubbed rich dark finish great craftsmanship quality. The bookcases are rather light weight for size easy to move. Great wonderful patina that only comes with age. Good condition. There are natural wood marks in the rosewood knots, cracks, and a few tiny holes. There are a few cracks from age on the shelves normal wear and tear.
