Oval table in solid mahogany, Louis Philippe period, resting on six molded feet, fluted on the upper part, with sides cut on the lower part. They are finished with brass hooves. Note that the bottom elements were redone to adjust the height of the table and bring it stability by removing its casters. The top, with a very beautiful ramage and cut with a cordin beak 'on his edge, overlooks a belt back, underlined by a discreet molding. This table is expandable and opens with its environment, in the direction of its length, by a system of behind the scenes in original oak, thus allowing the insertion of one to four extensions. The latter, supplied with the furniture, are current and particularly light for easy handling. Each of them measuring 48 cm wide, this table once unfolded in its entirety can accommodate up to 14 guests. In addition to the pretty shades of its tray, we will remember the practicality of this piece of furniture, with reasonable dimensions for daily use, but which can easily adapt to a punctual and friendly meal of more than a dozen hosts.
