Model 62 Extendable Dining Table In Oak By Henning Kjaernulf For Sorø, Denmark, 1960s

Chairish

$4,880

Rare and exceptionally long extendable dining table (model 62), designed by Henning Kjaernulf for Sorø Stolefabrik in Denmark, 1960s. This table is made of oak wood. A minimalist and timeless design with refined details. Danish craftsmanship of the highest quality! The table has five additional leaves*, allowing it to extend from a round 4-person table to an oval 12- to 14-person table. Easily add additional leaves to create the ideal length for any situation or space. There is an additional support leg that folds out when the table is extended, also beautifully designed. In very good condition with minor signs of wear. There is a light ring / stain on the table and a few small dents, see photos. *Originally four additional leaves were included, one of which was sawn in half. Therefore, there are now two half leaves and three full leaves. L125xD125xH73cm | Extendable to L325cm | Width of the extra leaves are 50cm and 25cm I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs, designer records, or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
