Nice cherry and flame mahogany antique American 2 drawer Sheraton dropleaf work table. Table has beautiful delicately turned legs and nice flame mahogany veneer on the drawer fronts and surround. The table is basically cherry. The light area on the leaf on the right is just the grain of the wood. I've been told that when you see these lighter areas it indicates "heart" wood where the sap normally would run. The top and leaves have recently been nicely refinished the rest of the stand is in an older possibly original or old refinish. The antique pressed glass drawer pulls are in good condition except for the screws have all been replaced. Drawers show hand dovetail construction. Good serviceable table ready to go. Table is 19 1/2" deep and 18 1/2" wide closed and 36 1/2" wide open. Table stands 28 1/2" tall.
