1960s table with teak top and oak frame, featuring a pull-out extension. Extendable dining table from the 1960s, featuring a simple and functional construction. The teak veneer top features a warm and uniform grain, while the oak frame and legs introduce a textural contrast typical of some Northern European pieces of the period. The pull-out extension system allows for a practical and discreet extension, integrated into the structure without altering its balance. The extension measures 53 cm. The overall design recalls the most essential Scandinavian design language, close to Børge Mogensen's pursuit of simplicity and solid construction. Good condition. May show signs of aging.
