Dazor was founded in 1938 by two Americans. It produced "floating arm" lamps to articulate the arms easily to where it was needed. After the WW2 broke out the company produced many lamps for the government and other factories. It is still in business today. This is the first generation where the arm is spring loaded and can be moved with a pinky. It is fitted with an antique French knife switch from the turn of the century. E27 socket.
