Elegant austrian art deco floor lamp attributed to hugo gorge for j. T. Kalmar, vienna, circa 1930s. Crafted in brass with a woven leather grip, sculptural tripod base and gracefully curved arm ending in dual light sockets with tassel pull switch. The design is closely related to documented hugo gorge and kalmar models published in austrian design literature. literature: cf. M.
