Bent two smoky grey champagner floor lamp by PulpoDimensions: D34 x H164 cm.Materials: steel powder coated, 2 shades, casted glass, textile. Also available in different finishes: smoky grey black, transparent black, smoky grey champagner, transparent champagner.Presenting the beauty of glass through simple abstract forms, bent is a sculptural piece with a unique presence. A simple black steel frame allows its centrepiece to shine brightest; one or two curved sections of casted and coloured glass. The simple pattern on the glass surfaces extends the light source to present a wave of form and light – illuminating even the darkestinteriors. Each piece is created from casted and coloured glass sheet, slumped into form. Bubbles, streaks and other variations in size and colour are part of production processes, and not defects in the design or production. The stand and base are produced from powder coated steel. All our lamps can be wired according to each country. If sold to the USA it will be wired for the USA for instance.Pulpo is a design editor for high-end products in the home sector.Design is our passion. Art is our engine. We are fascinated by the craft of the ceramic and glassblowing workshops and are guided by the rough aesthetics of these unique pieces.Pulpo’s philosophy goes back to the idea of ??the “carte blanche”. Our designers and artists develop their designs freely and experimentally. A variety of materials and a weakness for structures are our strengths. The headquarters of pulpo is in Weil am Rhein, near the Swiss border. Consisting of the creative and sales department, warehouse and logistics, this is the think tank for our artists and designers. pulpo’s dealer network extends far beyond Weil am Rhein – from Iceland and Dubai to Australia.Pulpo is movement – is possibility – is passion. In 2006, pulpo was founded by Ursula and Patrick L’hoste as a design brand at the interface between shape and material. pulpo’s conception is to edit lighting, furniture and accessoires on editor’s choice. The company’s focus is to conduct up-and-coming designers and selected manufacturers, using the nature of material’s to form the score. Materials such as ceramics, stone and especially glass, which is pulpo’s primary focus since 2013.
