1960s dutch floor lamp by j.j.m. Hoogervorst for anvia a dutch floor lamp designed by j.j.m. Hoogervorst (alkmaar 1918-1982) for anvia, during the 1960s. An adjustable floor lamp in height and width, in the middle with a rotary knob for loosening and tightening. Johannes joseph maria hoogervorst was a dutch painter and industrial designer who is best known for his many lamp designs and lighting designs that he had carried out by the company anvia as well as through his own design agency interdesign. Anvia was a regular client for whom he designed a new collection every year until 1982. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
