Dimensions: d 35 x w 45 x h 43 cm inox steel patinated by hand, warm led lightsource 21.6w/700ma 2.700k dimmable, 3d printed translucent diffuser, neodymium magnets. folio collection stems from ongoing explorations into the tensile qualities of steel, taking on the visual appearance of bent paper. Planar laser-cuts render 2d sheets of metal into 3d tensioned and transformed functional typologies: a chaise longue, a low table, and a floor lamp. The sculptural designs are adaptable, owing entirely to the innate material properties they harness and accentuate. Depending on the position of the screws, the high of the table and angle of the chaise lounge can be adjusted. When the pieces are not assembled, they are totally flat, and material waste is reduced to the minimum during the production. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
