Sammode's G30 floor lamp is a lighting masterpiece by Pierre Guariche from the late 1950s. The appearance of the dimmable luminaire is dominated by its sleek leg and two-piece shade, whose recognizable shape has given the luminaire its nickname, The Kite. The function of the perforated, large shade is not only esthetic, but also guarantees a pleasant indirect glow, typical of Guariche luminaires, making the G30 lamp a great choice for mood lighting in both homes and public spaces. The G30 floor lamp is manufactured at Sammode's own factory in Châtillon-sur-Saône, north-eastern France.
