The Kabuki’s familiar and inventive elements highlight designer Ferruccio Laviani’s process of blending the classic and contemporary. Laviani’s opulent, whimsical design aesthetic shows in the repeating curves of the floor lamp’s silhouette. Bulbous shapes lead the eyes up to a neat, tapered form. The piece stuns with ornamental perforations from a special cutting process.
