Two-tone metal, stem is brushed, I believe nickel, and “equestrian” inspired neck/tab is polished. See photos. Lamp shade is 24” diameter at base with 3” opening at top. Shade is approximately 9” tall. Tab allows shade to sit within 180 degree range. Very practical and gives off great light. Cord is clear and on/off is on a toe button. Square base measures 8” square.
