Mid-Century Italian Baobab Floor Lamp From Iguzzini, 1970s

Rare floor lamp by the Italian manufacturer iGuzzini. The mushroom-shaped lampshade is made of translucent acrylic (methacrylate). The bottom is clearly stated and forms a ''brilliant'' conclusion. The thickness of the material is wonderful to read at the edge. The white of the screen is repeated at the bottom of the base of the floor lamp. The heavy foot forms a shallow dome made of a chrome rod protrudes. A particularly detailed form the black lead which visibly emerges from the foot. The Baobab floor lamp was only from 1978-1982 in production. The lamp is in very good condition with signs of use. This piece has an attribution mark, I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution, European Plug (up to 250V).The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
