Rare floor lamp by cedric hartman. the design impresses with its materiality and the principle of cantilever and counterweight. The lamp has two poles connected by an angled arm. The lamp head sits at the top. Opposite it is an elegant counterweight in the form of a flat block. The brass lamp head can be rotated, and the arm swivels. Additionally, the stem can be extended at the bottom to adjust the height. The reflector is mirrored on the inside. The lamp is marked below the counterweight. The switch is located on the lamp head. Delicately crafted feet elevate the lamp from the floor with a groove. the lamp is in very good condition with signs of use and patina. It has intentionally not been polished to preserve the patina. design: cedric hartman, 1966 dimensions: h: 90.5 - 106.5 cm, w: 33.5 cm, d: 28 cm this piece has an attribution mark, i am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution, european plug (up to 250v).the wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
