Contemporary edition of J.T. Kalmar's iconic and high end made 'Dornstab' design from 1947 in solid oak with polished brass base and a silk fabric lamp shade.All new. Made at original manufacturer Kalmar Werkstätten Austria. The solid wooden curved upright is equipped with three brass 'thorns', from which the lamp shade hangs and can be easily be moved. When moving the shade, you change the light function: positioned low, the lamp provides reading light and when the shade is positioned higher, the lamp offers wonderful diffused indirect light.A beautiful design with a special functionality of exceptional quality.Made by order.
