With its outsize blown-glass orb, Point also makes for a most attractive floor lamp, fixed on a slender steel stand. Designer Alex Buckman’s collab with Città’s 3D team takes form via an artisan process, with the molten glass handled on the end of a blowpipe and then mouth-blown into a fixed-shaped mold, with the handcrafted shade displaying intriguing natural variations.
