Set Up Shades seeming consists of separately stacked lampshades but it is actually a solid piece that radiates beautifully soft light. Designer Marcel ruminates on the conical form in 3 versions of the floor lamp, piling the lampshades 6, 7 or 8 high. Discarding expectations of what a lamp should look like, the designer arrives at a whimsical but completely functional room addition.
