A truly stunning pair of gilt and painted Italian tole floor lamps from the 1940s. The deep garnet lacquered finish is layered and in supreme condition. It contrasts beautifully against the antique gilt floral elements throughout the lamps. If you zoom in on some of the closeup photos, you can see the layered darker tones that give it an unbelievable depth. Every portion of the lamps have been carefully cleaned with non-abrasive tools and solution so as not to harm the finish. These lamps will be a focal point in any space. The lamps have been re-wired to be electrically new and are install ready. The height measurement listed is from the base to the top of the electrical socket.
