Uplight floor lamp by ASEA, Sweden, 1940s. Beautiful lamp with a minimalistic design with beautiful details. The base has its original cream-white paint, while the rod is made of brass. The light source is hidden by a perforated metal shade in the same colour as the base. Condition: Good original condition with some scuffs and marks on the base and on the edge of the shade. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
