It is a reaction to the mass-produced and industrial, ethereal brutalism with handmade irregularity at its core, revealing the material's inherent beauty through a process that allows limited control. With an essentialistic approach we create laboriously crafted furniture and objects by exploring the raw nature of materials and pushing its limits to find balance. We are drawn to giving soul to traditionally industrial material. The material is hand-dyed and slight variations in the colour from piece to piece must be considered a characteristic of the artisanal process. Each piece will have its unique patina. The piece has a waxed finish with a satin gloss. Can be produced with UV-resistant coating, always with a subtle satin gloss. All our objects are hand layered by skilled craftsmen in Sweden. Each one with personal irregularities told by the hand, the season and the conditions. Therefore each item will vary somewhat in colour and detail.
