After the material has been installed, Industry Tile is not responsible for any claims. We are unable to refund or exchange sample orders. Orders more than 200 pounds of tile or flooring may need to be shipped  LTL private trucking company with longer shipping times to be expected. Try before you buy. We always recommend purchasing a sample to make sure this product works for your project.
