One of a set of three vintage Mid-Century smoked / grey colored / coloured bubble glass flush mount light fixtures / sconces designed by Finnish legendary glass designer Helena Tynell for Glashutte Limburg, Germany in the late 1960s to early 1970s. This is the largest version produced and is complete with it's polished chrome-plated inner reflector. Rare to find in the gray glass - the amber toned glass versions are more common. Great Mid-Century German / Finnish lighting design - would look great in a bathroom, hallway, bedroom, lounge or living room.This Space Age / Sputnik style bubble glass light looks simply stunning mounted on the ceiling or wall and cast a wonderful light across a wall or ceiling when used with silver reflector lightbulbs.
