The designer creates pieces that are designed to stand the test of time by balancing function, aesthetics, and spiritual essence. Anastassiades takes the plotted point and the axis line of the cartesian grid and transforms them into distinct lighting shapes. These shapes are made from extruded aluminum. The metal rod prominently displays an opal diffuser that helps produce a softened, glare-free light. The LEDs turn on to accentuate the graphic shapes in silhouette while producing a warm glow that can be mounted overhead or against the wall.
