Large square high-end light fixture by kinkeldey, germany, manufactured in midcentury, circa 1970 (late 1960s or early 1970s). A nickel or chromed metal frame holds 32 large square cut crystal glasses. Illuminates beautifully. Can be used as wall sconce or ceiling flush mount light. Very suitable for building a beautiful composition. The fixture has nine sockets for small base edison led or filament bulbs (max. 40w per bulb). This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
