Misko C35 Flushmount

A soothing display of traditional crafted arts. The Misko C35 Flushmount from B.lux is an homage to traditional Japanese lantern-making, imagined with sculptural blown glass. The shapes and accents of the Japanese lantern represent for Stone Designs a beautiful simplicity and naturalness. Here, washi paper is substituted for blown opaque glass, and a traditional bamboo framework is illustrated with a raised linear pattern. A low-profile metal canopy gives the clean glass a visual boost with a contrasting hue. This canopy receives a warm glaze of light as the golden shade generates a cozy aura.
