Folding system armchair attributed to andré monpoix. the seat is upholstered in faux leather, a popular material in the vintage years, and at the time, it was a rather expensive upholstery. A very subtle flaw, see photo. tawny (orange-brown) color. tubular chrome-plated metal frame, which shows some signs of wear, with the base finished with black plastic feet. One foot is damaged, see photo. mid-century period, 1950s. vintage period. stable and sturdy, the armchair folds very easily. some discreet signs of wear and use, but the seat is in very good condition for its age. dimensions: h: 80 cm w: 65 cm d: 60 cm this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
