Safari campaign chair by Danish architect and designer Mogens Koch, this is the extremely rare rosewood and leather model. This chair was originally designed in 1932, but wasn't fully taken into production until 1960, by Interna as the MK-16 chair. The rosewood frame chair is simply paired with a black leather sling seat, backrest and armrests. The brass rings that attach the seat and armrests to the frame are a great detail. Original brass Interna production badge on inside of front cross-member. Approximate dimensions below: Chair footprint: 19.75" width x 19.75" depth. Seat height at rail: 16" (the sling seat low point is 13.5".) Leather seat size: 22" width x 13.75" depth. Leather back size: 22.5" width x 7.5" height.
