This Carving Fork is a classic design by the Tuscan, family-owned business Coltellerie Berti. Easily holding meat in place, the carving fork is meant to be used with a slicing knife. The design features a full tang steel blade and a riveted lucite handle. Handmade from beginning until end, the knife is crafted and signed by one artisan. The heirloom-quality item was designed and made in Italy.
