1920' 30's Large garden figure of a child attentively watering flowers. Most likely a fountain figure that would have held a watering can fed from a copper tube at the base . Cast and signed by the Roman Bronze Works of New York for the sculptor Louise D Lindley. This is the only sculpture by Lindley that I have found. Condition: Very good with an attractive verdigris patina, Currently missing a watering can that we speculate must have been suspended from the figure's hands. Dimensions: Height 35 1/2 Inches 87.5 cm Width 14 Inches 35.5 cm Depth 15 Inches 38.0 cm
