Designed by Naoto Fukasawa for JIA Inc, the Monolithic Frying Pan combines minimalist forms with a simple black finish. The all-black cast iron surface enhances the colors of the food further to put dishes in the best light. Made of cast aluminum, this designer frying pan is lightweight and has great thermal conductivity to save time while cooking. The ergonomic handle is comfortable to hold and it’s made of heat-resistant plastic. Sealing in the flavor, the lid also boasts small bumps for venting steam. Other features include Teflon™ Profile non-stick technology and induction heating compatibility. The Monolithic Frying Pan is ideal for both Western and Eastern cuisine. A casserole, sauce pan, and three utensils from the same range are also available.
