Rare reclining armchair with patented Isa Bergamo mechanism, this armchair is often attributed to the designer Gio Ponti, who collaborated with the Bergamo company for several years. The collection to which it belongs is the Poltronissima - Casa Nova series. Designed in the 1950s, it was produced for a few years with considerable success. This one is in the original green/brown mélange boucle fabric of the time.
