This is a 1920s-30s pale blue fringed guest towel embellished using a decorative embroidery technique known as Swedish weaving or huck embroidery. The pattern is visible only on the front. In this towel the embroidery is created using peach thread in an exuberant art deco pattern. Dimensions are 24” long by 16.5” wide. Excellent condition.
