We created these sinkside staples in collaboration with Tensira — a celebrated textile house founded by a Guinean and Finnish husband-and-wife duo that blends Scandinavian aesthetics with West African weaving and dyeing techniques. We dreamt up their simple, classic patterns in-house, taking our inspiration from timeless shadow striped motifs. Tensira’s team of skilled craftswomen then brought our designs to life using cotton that was spun and woven by hand and dyed in one of two colorways — a soft, rosy beige and cream or a goes-with-everything palette of black, cream and bluish-grey.
