This rare two-light hanging lamp was handcrafted in the famous ore mountains (erzgebirge) folk art region in east germany / gdr during the 1950s. The lamp features the iconic folk art sandman figurine hand-painted and made of turned wood. Two opaline glass lamps with metal lids are suspended from a wooden stick. The triangular geometry of cable and stick can be adjusted.
