This is an absolutely amazing light that was actually made from capiz shells and leaded together. It’s so pretty how the shells give an ever so slight rainbow effect. This light was made by Feldman who is one of the best out there it's a really rare occasion when we can see his lighting surface . This light appears to be in overall good condition I do not see any repairs or breaks there are three pins that slide to allow the bottom half to open but I am afraid to mess with them so I only slightly loosened one to show that it can open to access the lightbulbs. The light is hanging from a cloth covered coax cable and appears that it can be adjusted to height accordingly by lowering the ceiling cap and cutting the cable. I noticed the cable lining was ripped in the middle in one spot. Tried to include detail in photo. Only thing I noticed was a little bit of overspray paint from when they had painted the house is small amount on the ceiling cap and a few little freckle marks where it is on the light and a few what looks like surface scratches on the third to bottom row but after looking at it closer is possibly that this is how the shells were made. Other than that this is simply an amazing light.
