Upholstered Headboard Adapter Kit

For an upholstered headboard or footboard that doesn't quite align with the frame, this adapter kit offers a wonderfully simple solution. Just attach the extension hook plates to your frame at the desired height, and voilà – your bed is ready to come together. Each kit contains a pair of extension plates (and the necessary hardware), so two kits will be needed to secure both a headboard and a footboard.
