Bullet Table, Rustic Oak Shaker Table With Exposed Joinery

Our first design, the bullet table received it's name when we found an antique fired round inside one of the oak boards we were milling. Featuring a classic tapered leg, the table is traditionally shaker, but we gave it a bit of craftsman's flair with rustic white oak, pegged breadboards, and exposed through-Tenon joinery where the apron meets the leg. A combination of rustic oak, and exposed joinery, we call the look Southern shaker. The table is built with traditional mortice and Tenon construction and half-lap dovetails to attach the rails to the apron.The table is fumed and then finished with 100% plant-based, hard-wax oil.Also shown in walnut without the breadboards. Breadboards are optional upon request.
