Each pan is handcrafted from cast iron with a traditional technique and hand-ground edges. The pre-seasoned cast iron is naturally non-stick, easy to clean, and will only get better with age. Like other pans from Skeppshult’s cookware range, this one has a precision milled bottom that measures .20’’ in thickness to heat and sear evenly. A beech wood handle and a lip that acts as a support handle complete the design. This fry pan comes pre-seasoned with an organic canola oil, for more convenience.
