Alessi’s aluminum grinder was designed by William Alsop and Federico Grazzini, who turned the shape of a classic pepper mill upside down and decorated the surface with sharp pleats. The mill grinds smoothly salt, pepper and spices, and the level of grinding can be adjusted.
