Made in Indiana, this all-wood cheese board consists of locally-sourced hardwoods laminated into attractive vertical stripes. Wood types may include maple, cherry, walnut, oak, hickory, or ash. Finished with food-grade organic linseed oil and includes an integrated cheese slicer of stainless steel. Note: stainless steel slicer portion is manufactured outside of the US by Prodyne with a long-lasting slicing wire. Care for your wood : To clean tough residue, use a Scotchbrite(R) pad (or similar scrubber) with dish soap and warm water. Dry with a towel or allow to air-dry - as with all wood utensils, it is not recommended for dishwashers.
