It can also be used as a universal lid for any 28 cm cookware body such as skillets and Dutch ovens. The knob, made of high-quality thermoplastic, contains an adjustable steam vent - simply open or close the vent to release and contain the steam. Oven-safe up to 260 C (500 F).
