Vintage industrial two-tier bindery cart with metal frame and removable wood shelves and swivel casters. The metal frame consists of interconnected threaded pipe, fittings and solid steel rods and has some bluish paint remaining. The removable wood shelves have wonderful patina from years of use. The bottom of the shelves are stamped with "FROM C.F. ANDERSON & CO. 3225 CALUMET AVE. CHICAGO 16 ILL". C.F. Anderson & Co. was a firm historically recognized as a manufacturer of printing, bookbinding, and bindery equipment, including high-speed catalog/circular folding machines and cast-iron press, dating back to at least the 1920s.
