A rare mid-century Hungarian studio ceramic lamp base from the 1960s–1970s, crafted by the Hungarian Applied Arts Company (Iparművészeti Vállalat). Made of glazed ceramic in deep red and black tones, this signed artisan piece represents the strong contrasts and formal harmony characteristic of Hungarian modernist design. Fully restored and rewired for contemporary use, fitted with a new textile cable, inline switch, E27 socket, and plug. Excellent technical and aesthetic condition.
