Oscar Torlasco was born in Rome, Italy, in 1934. Torlasco designed many beautiful lamps. The best known are the lamps he designed for Lumi. He designed for several Italian lighting manufacturers, such as Esperia, Stilux, Lamperti and Stilkronen.
