This lamp finial was crafted from a 22kt gold plated antique wedding bead, made by a Yemenite silversmith and dating to the early 1900's. From my personal collection & travel to the Middle East, this bead was originally crafted from high content coin silver. The gold finish was added in the 1990's. Mounted on a solid brass base sized to fit a standard-size lamp harp with a 1/4" stem. Coloration may vary based on the nature of the materials and varied light sources. Some bent/asymmetrical elements, typical for this material.
